Experience the best of both worlds: the award-winning Old Western Culture video-based curriculum AND live personal instruction with veteran teacher Wesley Callihan on weekly basis!
ALL materials needed for the course are included in the “Full Package” price in digital format,* including digital editions of the Workbooks and Readers, and streaming access to the videos. Physical editions of the Workbooks and Readers, as well as physical DVDs, available separately. No specific editions of the Great books are required. If you have already purchased Old Western Culture materials, choose “Live Instruction Only.”
FULL PACKAGE INCLUDES*:
- 1 school year of live, weekly instruction
- All 4 units of Early Moderns (year 4) curriculum ($199 value).
- Digital Access to the Workbooks and Readers (Chose “instruction only” and purchase curriculum here if you want physical version of workbooks, Readers, or DVDs)
- 4 end-of-quarter exams (Schola Classical Tutorials does not grade papers or exams, though we do offer this service separately).
SPECIAL NOTE: Early Moderns is partially released, and the full curriculum may not fully release in time for this course. As a result, Wes Callihan will be doing a hybrid version, in which he will spend more time lecturing than a fully-flipped classroom. However, as “beta,” or advance viewers of the year-four video course, Schola registrants will receive the full curriculum (digital release) for $1 ($199 value). The release schedule is not guaranteed, but even if a portion of the course comes out after you have covered a specific book, you will still have the curriculum for viewing later or for other children, and Wes Callihan has scheduled an extra half-hour for recitations to accommodate covering those gaps. As advance viewers, we welcome feedback on any errors or typos. Email email@example.com if you find an error. Thank you!
Please note: Roman Roads Media processes the payments and curriculum orders for Schola Classical Tutorials, but the live instruction itself is provided by Wesley Callihan of Schola Classical Tutorials.
