It is designed to complement Romans: The Historians, a unit in the Old Western Culture curriculum, and includes all the assigned readings in one volume!  As with all units of Old Western Culture, students may purchase or use their own texts, use the free PDF edition of this text, or use the Kindle Edition from Amazon. This print edition reader was made as a convenience to students who prefer a physical edition of the works, but do not own and do not wish to purchase all the various texts.

    Old Western Culture: The Romans is a full year of instruction divided into four quarters: The Aeneid, The Historians, Early Christianity, and Nicene Christianity. In this “flipped-classroom” approach, students learn from the award-winning Old Western Culture video-centric curriculum, and then meet for live discussion each week with an instructor. As an integrated humanities curriculum, The Romans explores history, theology, philosophy, poetry, and art through the greatest works of influential literature of the Western world, and from a Christian perspective.

    Weekly Recitations: Tuesday, 8:00-9:30 a.m. PST
