About our Customer Support.
We are a small but growing company. Being small allows us to offer a very personal, customized customer support experience. But it also means we don’t have full-time phone-support staff. Your first point of contact will probably be Lydia Foucachon, a stay-at-home mom with a deep knowledge of our products, homeschooling, and classical education. If we’re online, chances are we can answer your questions live. Otherwise, most email and chat messages are returned within 1-4 hours.
Need to talk on the phone? We can schedule a call-back. An email briefly explaining the reason for the call is always very appreciated. Email firstname.lastname@example.org, and make sure to include your phone number!
